OK CLEAN ENTERPRISES LLC
SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and OK Clean Enterprises LLC (hereafter referred to as “OK Clean”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you.
By using the services of OK Clean you hereby agree to the following terms:
ACCESS TO WATER
We require access to water for all of our residential and truck washing services. If you do not have access to either water, please call us at (903) 267-1667 so that we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water at the time of your appointment will result in a $10 cancelation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee totaling $10. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.

OK Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather conditions or equipment failure.

Failure for the truck to be present at the time and location of the ordered service may result in the cancellation of the appointment by OK Clean and will be considered a cancellation policy violation which will result in a $10 cancellation charge.
OPERATING & MOVING YOUR TRUCK
Customers will give OK Clean access to the truck during the wash. Please make sure the keys to the truck are available to us. This document ensures that you authorize us to operate and to move your truck, as necessary to do so determined by our OK Clean technician.
QUALITY OF SERVICE
We want you to be satisfied with our service. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore your residence or truck to any previous or new condition. We will try our absolute best to restore the residence or truck to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. If, after we have left, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. OK Clean will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion.

ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE
OK Clean and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the residence or truck while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. If something does get damaged while detailing your residence or truck, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our Residential Wash Services or Truck Washing services you also agree not to hold OK Clean Enterprises LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your residence or vehicle. OK Clean limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
FEES, TERMS OF SERVICE, AND PAYMENT TERMS
The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated on the Service Contract. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each truck varies. It is possible that the job could take less or more time than the time reserved. OK Clean has the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $50 per hour if the job takes significantly longer than expected at the discretion of OK Clean. This fee is normally reserved for trucks that take more than 1.5 hours to wash. We will inform you of the possible fee before or during the cleaning process.
PROVIDING FEEDBACK AND PHOTOS
We ask for your feedback. Please send us an email at (Contact@okclean.org) and let us know if there are ANY concerns – good or bad. We also carry the right at the discretion of OK Clean to use pictures of your residence or vehicle for marketing purposes and to publish on its website (www.okclean.org) or any of our Social Media. Your personal information will not be shown in the photos.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
OK Clean may cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we experience that the customer is not the right fit for our services at the discretion of OK Clean Enterprises LLC. Instances of service termination include: going behind our back and working directly with OK Clean employees instead of going through the company, being rude or harsh to OK Clean employees, or any other reason we determine to be worthy of service termination by our discretion.
CHANGES
OK Clean reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, OK Clean does not make any commitment to update the materials.
By using our services you hereby understand that OK Clean does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our truck washing services.
OK Clean limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
If the job takes much longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra dirty fee totaling $50 per hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of an OK Clean employee.
